You will have full responsibility for establishing and implementing a strategic plan to continue growing the region, reviewing performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels. Reporting into you will be 5 Business Development Executives & 1 Sales Manager, you will actively drive sales growth from within a defined geographic territory, through the sale of our building automation & controls solution portfolio, into relationship Customers (medium/large end users, contractors, FM’s and local government).
Ideally, you will have an engineering background, with a minimum of 12+ years experience leading sales in the building automation and/or energy performance contracting industry. You will enforce the importance in the team of bridging the gap between customer and business, building key relationships to expand on in the future.
As a senior leader, you will be be field-based and you will assist the sale of my clients solutions when necessary, but you will have previous experience selling and managing a team in Paris. This is not a one size fits all role. It requires an experience individual who has after-market field-based experience and a proven track record growing a service business unit.
