Capital Sales Manager, Southeast USA - Robotics


Charlton Morris are currently working with a global multi-national manufacturer of medical device equipment. This well-renowned company are looking to expand their sales team for their Robotics business unit, which is an area that is thriving right now in the United States. What they seek is a Capital Sales Manager for the Southeast of the country. This position has come from pure growth and the fact that the current sales team in the region simply can’t call on all of the accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales within the states of Florida, Georgia & Alabama.
  • Capitalise on accounts that aren’t receiving enough attention in the region where there is strong business potential.
  • Become a champion for the robotic brand and also for the company as a whole.
  • Manage long-term capital equipment sales cycles.
  • Interact directly with surgeons and develop strong KOL relationships within the region.
  • Negotiate at C-Level and provide a level of professionalism to match this.


  • At least 3 years sales experience in capital equipment sales.
  • A strong network of surgeons within your designated territory.
  • Strong character and the energy to coincide with this.
  • Experience in the Surgical Robotics field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days a week.
