Director Channel Sales - Robotics


Charlton Morris is currently seeking a Global Channel Partner Manager for a global leader in the robotics and automation market. This role will focus on the robotics and small robotic solutions offering which currently generates around $200M in revenues through channels and partners. The key challenge in this role is going to be setting a global strategy and rolling it out on a country by country basis whilst also maintaining key relations with well-established partners in the likes of China, India, and South America.

The role can in reality can be based anywhere in Europe with the understanding that there will be global travel, so being close to an airport would be beneficial for work/life balance!

We're looking for a candidate who is comfortable working in a global setting within a matrixed environment. A candidate who can happily present in front of 100's on up-to-date technology, company strategy, and product applications across a variety of industries. Understanding industrial robotics and the competitive landscape would be a significant advantage so do highlight that if you’re going to apply! In terms of personality, you should be personable, ambitious, and self-motivated.
