Charlton Morris are currently partnered with a market leading Molecular Diagnostic company who are looking for a Global Product Support Specialist to work out of their UK office. This role will be the interface between the technical, software and field service team so we are looking for a unique mix of experience.
The perfect candidate will have a background in Biotech and then have transitioned into hands on work with software and have a solid grasp of programming. This will entail some direct customer troubleshooting but a large amount with be helping to improve the service process.
The main responsibilities will include creating and developing: user software manuals, troubleshooting guides, training approaches and the support manuals for both the pre and post launch phase.
This role will require constant interaction and interfacing with lots of different departments as all the materials will have to be in line with the sales and marketing strategy.
