The Question

Do you have a passion for all things Flow Cytometry & Cellular Analysis, and a history of providing elite customer & engineering service across Europe? Based in North Germany?
My client is a market leading Manufacturer of advanced Flow Cytometry & Cell Sorting solutions, described by some as paving the way forward one cell at a time, whose continued evolution means they are searching for an experienced European Support Specialist!

The role

As a key member of the European Support & Engineering team, you would work with full autonomy to manage the service and technical support requests from existing and new customers across Europe; crossing over Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Academia. Working closely with the European Support Centre and Manager for Europe, you will conduct key demo's as required, working in force with the European Service Engineer team, and provide scientific guidance to facilitate sales of new platforms. If you want the excitement of working with disruptive technology and have proven technical support or service support experience in the life science field, this could be for you and we should probably speak.

The Requirements

My client employs exciting talent to couple with their exciting new technology. To fit in at this company, you would need at least 2-3 years proven experience in a Life Science European Application or Technical Support role, working knowledge of Immunology or cellular biology, experience working intimately as an extended arm of the service engineer and technical sales team to facilitate revenue growth and be educated to at least a bachelor level in Life Sciences. But most of all, you must be passionate about working within the Flow Cytometry or Cellular Analysis field!
