Charlton Morris have teamed up with global manufacturer of Infection Prevention & Control products who are looking to expand their presence in Asia. The company provide and array of consumable products for various industries (Medical, Industrial & Life Science) and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their medical team.
The role itself is for a National Key Account Manager in Japan where you will be managing KOLs and dealing with the most important lines of business for the company. The main call point will be Acute Care (Hospitals) as well as some smaller business in other healthcare markets.
Through developing and implementing national strategy across Japan, you will own the relationships in both markets for the consumable products. You will spend a lot of team interfacing with nursing and surgical associations as well as purchasing groups, dealing with senior contacts within these corporate accounts.
As a minimum, you will have 5 years sales experience in the medical device sector and be considered a senior part of the Asian team. A good knowledge of English is very important as this will help you communicate with other subsidiaries within the organisation and align on strategy.
