Charlton Morris are exclusively partnered with a leading certification company who certifies the performance ratings of air-conditioning and refrigeration products according to European and international standards. Their objective is to build up customer confidence by levelling the competitive playing field for all manufacturers and by increasing the integrity and accuracy of the industrial performance ratings.

The company employs around 60 employees in EMEA, and after continued growth in this region, they are seeking a Client Manager to play a lead role in the successful completion of assigned audits from start to finish. The Client Manager will have direct contact with a portfolio of customers in EMEA, related to a specific product (heat pumps, ahu, chillers, ventilation, heat recovery systems, heat exchangers etc) and you'll be responsible for managing the certification program to ensure the client becomes certified.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing independent advice and timely assurance to management on the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, practices, systems, projects and controls which underpin the successful conduct of my client's certification’s business and assist management in the development and enhancement of these.
  • Providing technical control of all activities related to project services including planning, scheduling and conduct of audits of the client’s management systems with the assistance of the office staff and auditors.
  • Communicate progress / status internally, create and execute improvement plans based on customer feedback.
  • Perform or manage customer knowledge / training activities to improve program understanding.


  • 3+ years’ experience in the HVAC/R industry & a deep understanding of the hvac/r industry
  • Previous project engineering or project management experience is advantageous
  • Strong customer focus
  • Proven organizational skills - able to plan effectively and prioritise workloads including the ability to multi-task and delegate effectively
  • Self-motivated and calm under pressure
  • Commercially and technically aware
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written IT literate
  • Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a broad range of customers
  • Ability to travel 10-20%
