Charlton Morris are exclusively partnered with a leading Building Automation company who specialise in SaaS and energy performance contracting in the Commercial and Industrial markets across the US. The company are a recognised leader nationally generating in excess of $150M with over 300 employees. They are seeking an experienced entrepreneurial leader to join the mid-management team, to build and implement a growth strategy to continue double digit growth YoY.
As mentioned, you will be given full responsibility to create and implement a growth strategy in which you will be given all tools necessary to continue their double digit growth. You will manage P&L, account for costs and revenues, whilst reviewing performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels. Reporting into you will be 6 Area Managers (100+ indirect headcount), and you will be leading the team on the West Coast to drive new customer contracts, whilst working with the service division to assist with acquiring new service revenue.
Ideally, you will have an engineering background, with a minimum of 12+ years P&L experience. The ideal candidate will have previous exposure leading multi-million dollar business units in the building automation and/or energy services. You will enforce the importance in the team of bridging the gap between customer and business, building key relationships to expand on in the future.
