The company are one of the largest privately held building automation players, with 20 offices across the whole of USA. They are a growing company and have been strengthening their workforce with new sales individuals in recent months, now continuing this with a new hire in the Northeast region.
They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to maintain and grow business in the Philadelphia region, covering a broad solution portfolio in the BAS industry. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be required to map out the market, identify new business opportunities and successful manage & grow accounts in the Philadelphia and Pennyslvania market. Although not limited to, our client has a key focus on MUSH & Public markets in the region. You will be representing reputable, global leading brand, selling directly into OEMs and End-Users.
What we're looking for?
You must have a minimum of 3-5 years' sales experience in the Building Automation or HVAC space. The ideal candidate will have exposure long sales cycles, with client management & satisfaction being a core focus for this role. The ideal candidate will be an Engineer however that is not essentially, but preferred.
