Regional Sales Manager, Ontario - Medical Devices (Acute Care)


Charlton Morris have partnered with a global multi-national medical device company to aid with the company’s expansion in the Canadian market. What they seek is an autonomous sales individual to capitalise on a market where business is waiting to be secured. The company are looking to advance their sales activity by bringing on a Sales Manager for the Ontario market where acute care sales experience is a must! The position is brand new for the company and is purely from the growth and need for additional headcount.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all direct sales activity within the Ontario province.
  • Develop new lines of business from an autonomous approach to sales.
  • Manage multiple product lines amongst different business challenges.
  • Dealing with both frontline sales activity & homecare dealers.
  • Create proposals for large tenders & group buyers.

Key requirements

  • 3+ years experience in acute care sales.
  • Product knowledge/ experience of safe patient handling equipment is preferable.
  • A clinically strong background.
  • The ability to travel 50-60% of the time to cover all accounts.
  • Existing contacts in both acute & post-acute care is preferred.
  • Educated to a bachelor's degree level minimum.
