The client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with experience selling BAS solutions to further capitalise on the significant growth they are undergoing.
The company are a privately held, market leading provider of building automation systems and hvac solutions, offer a leading service package and serving a number of sectors including; municipalities, universities, schools, hospitals, high rise buildings and data centres. This business offer a broad range of products including chillers, ahu, vav rooftops, building automation systems and end devices, heat recovery and building efficiency improvement etc.
The role is a new position and will be heavily focused on maintaining existing accounts, developing relationships with new customers and providing solutions to both owner direct and construction. You will be responsible for generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services. As well you will provide lunch and learns to contractors, building key relationships, in this role, we can assure you that you’ll never die of boredom.
