Sales Manager - Boston

As the Sales Manager, you will have the responsibility to continue the development of multiple vertical markets and will have geographic account management with an autonomous focus on developing a strategic growth plan for Boston. What we're looking for is an individual who can help tailor their customer’s needs into winning solutions, whether it’s in the new construction market or direct end-user service market.

Not only is this a sales driven role, but we're also seeking an individual who is willing to educate the market and customers on my client's capabilities, identify opportunities to address customer needs with specific solutions and services.

What we're looking for?

  • Degree Educated.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales/business development such as Building Automation, Energy Efficiency, HVAC, Performance Contracting.
  • Experience selling through the Construction channels.
