Charlton Morris are working with an international manufacturer of very specialist mineral processing equipment and wear parts, purposely built for mining and aggregates companies. We are family owned and have sales operations around the world with a product focus on dry and wet processing plants for hard and soft rock applications
We already have some sales coming from Australia however we are now looking to focus on growth by hiring somebody to help grow revenue in the Australian market. You will manage revenue out of Australia as you grow business through the end user and distributor sales and grow the company presence You will work autonomously, creating and implementing your own sales approach, whilst receiving support from HQ.
You will also have strategic responsibility, identifying new industries to target as well as potential applications and product offerings.
You will have previous sales experience of mineral processing equipment and an understanding of process flow sheets and knowledge of wear parts is desired, mill lining, grinding media etc. We are also looking for someone who has a passion for competing against the big players in the market and competing on technical benefits of the products, rather than just on brand name.
