Senior Energy Engineer - University of Nebraska/Omaha

My client has seen expondeital growth in the energy services business and are seeking an experience engineer who has proven ability and capabilities of running successful multi-million dollar projects whilst leading a team.  

The Senior Controls Engineer is the primary technical project developer in the Nebraska/Omaha. As the primary resource for technical expertise, Account Executives and Regional management count on Performance Engineers to be responsible for understanding the technical needs and wants of a customer, then turning that information into accurate concrete solutions. Performance Engineers may deal with technical issues that include but not limited to facility energy consumption analysis and reduction strategies, general capital improvements, and even large scale community infrastructure projects.  

You are not only responsible for the technical strategies, but the costings of projects, forecasting energy conservation measures and  creating a plan to measure and verify the energy reductions forecasted.

For each project, you will develop and deliver presentations of findings and solutions to customers and manager, assisting the delivery team to ensure smooth installation is achieved a high levels for the customer.  You will have a minimum of 5 years' previous performance engineering experience, with an engineering degree. Having previous exposure to building automation and hvac systems is essential, and other product and solution experience is advantegeous.
