Their mission is simple - “provide world-class Genetic analysis to mainstream healthcare”, and now due to continued demand and growth of their in-house services, they are building a new operational site in the Greater Seattle region. 

Utilising the power of Next Generation Sequencing, Clinical Bioinformatics and their own novel molecular analysis approach, our client offer the highest quality Genetic Testing Services globally for a wide array of Medical Speciality areas including Hereditary Cancer, Cardiology and Metabolic Disorders. Their dedicated teams of Clinical Service Specialists cut them apart from the competition; ensuring a gold standard of customer case is and clinical pedigree is given to all patients and healthcare professionals.

In this role you will play an instrumental role in building the operation from the ground up, hiring new employees to the site, integrating the operations with their San Francisco office, creating the processes and culture for the brand-new Seattle office. 

As employee number one and immediate supervisor at the Seattle site, you will play a crucial role in building and leading a team of US Clinical Service experts overseeing sample reception, data entry, client services and Medical billing; delivering premium customer service to leading Medical Centres and Clinics across the US & Canada.

Here’s an overview of key requirements you must have to apply: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years at leadership level experience within customer service or client-centric operations.
  • Prior exposure to Genetic Testing, Medical/Clinical Diagnostics or relevant healthcare industries.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and GDPR guidelines, in addition to experience in medical billing.
  • Experience of CRM and ticketing system. Prior experience setting up a laboratory site or office strongly preferred.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Life Sciences
  • Any finally, motivation to take our customer experience to the next level!
