A Global 3D Modelling and simulation software company is developing an Oil & Gas portfolio in France and we are looking for a highly vigorous Strategic Account Manager to develop and manage the portfolio from scratch.
This is a role for an experienced sales and business development professional, with strong hunting capabilities and a vast network of influential contacts in the O&G space, to join an industry leading business with fantastic growth opportunities.
You’ll be tasked with identifying new business and sales opportunities. You'll be the person in front of our customers and potential clients understanding their business, their needs, and their needs they don't know about yet. You'll be keeping an eye on costs and making sure they fall in line with expectation... and reality. You'll be bringing this information back to base, working with the team to develop the right solutions for that client, project managing the process from beginning to end, and ultimately delivering the best service to the client.
What are we looking for?
- Several years’ experience in solution upselling in the Oil & Gas/Electronics market
- Strong network within the industry, with influential contacts that you will be able to call upon to generate new business opportunities
- A proven track record of smashing sales goals and growing customer accounts to new levels
- Currently based in the Paris area, France
- Software/CAE/CAD/CFD background a bonus
