Technical Sales Representative – Paper & Textile

An international public company focused on polymer formulations for multiple market applications is currently looking to bring on a Regional Technical Sales Rep to increase their commercial impact within the binders business. This business unit provides tailored polymer solutions to the Paper & Board and Textiles industries.
If you are a very technically-focused polymer/ materials scientist who has strong commercial acumen then this position will be a great fit. The role will break down into three main components; management of a portfolio of client accounts within the EMEA region, developing the paper/textile application and providing technical support for customers. The most successful sales representatives will work closely with R&D and marketing to ensure customer feedback is being implemented in the product development cycle. They will also be able to simultaneously maintain and build client relationships whilst hunting out new business.

• Fluent in German and ideally other European languages like English or French.
• Technical and/or commercial experience in the functional polymers, emulsions, dispersions or resins industry.
