I am currently representing a major player within the industrial automation sector, who are looking for an experienced VP of Sales - South China. If you’re based in Shanghai, looking for an opportunity to drives sales and develop a strong sales team, check out the requirements below!

The VP of Sales will be responsible for;

  •  Developing competitive sales strategies and process implementation to achieve substantial growth throughout Southern China.
  •  Visit existing customers to support and manage on-going business by maintaining strong relationships, whilst also visiting prospective customers to develop new business & create new lines of business.
  •  Regional resource organisation, developing the sales team by providing professional guidance, challenging programs & improvement measures.
  •  Manage accounts receivable, risk, and control the sales budget.

What we are looking for:

  •  5 years + technical sales & account management experience in robotics or factory automation system solutions.
  • Over 5 years’ experience in a sales management position with leading teams over 20 employees.
  • Fluent English language - Both written & spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in; mechatronics, automation or mechanical engineering
