2016: Another Fantastic Year

2017 is already shaping up to be an extremely exciting year for Charlton Morris. We’ve got some significant expansion plans for our head office, which also means that, come January, we’ll have one of the best office spaces in Leeds.

However, this is always a great time of year to look back and reflect on the year just gone. 2016 has been fantastic for Charlton Morris – finishing our third financial year in September having achieved double-digit growth in both headcount and revenue again was a huge highlight. On top of this, we finished 5th place in LinkedIn’s most socially engaged staffing agencies in October.

Another massive bonus has been the success that our first international office has had. Two of our managers went out to Copenhagen in February 2016 and hired three excellent consultants in Denmark. Since then, they’ve never looked back. I’m sure that 2017 will see them continue to capitalise and build on the excellent work that they’ve done so far.

As always, the biggest bonus for us this year has been the development of our relationships with both our clients and candidates. In 2016, we introduced the use of feedback forms to find out what our clients thought of our service, the details of which are published in the infographic. This is something that we’re going to utilise even more next year. We will constantly adapt in line with, and respond to, the requests and comments from our clients and candidates.
