Today is another proud day for Charlton Morris; it has been announced that we are the 16th Best Workplace (Small Category) in the UK.
The result comes from Great Place to Work® releasing Great Workplaces featured in The Guardian today and The Sunday Telegraph on the 29th April.
It’s particularly exciting for us to be named as one of the best places to work in the UK, in part due to the assessment process we went through. The methodology to be assessed for Great Workplaces is unique in that it assesses both the employee experience (through an online survey which makes up 2/3 of the score) and the HR and leadership practices that make us unique (through their Culture Audit©).
Charlton Morris has grown from a start up to an established business over the last five years and we continue our journey to become a recognised and reputable recruitment partner across our sectors.
Our working environment holds just as much value and this award is confirmation that we’re heading in the right direction. Particularly pleasing for us was that our Work Environment and Process scored 98% which is testament to the improvements we’ve made to our office and culture over the last year.
We’ve had culture right at the centre of our values and our organisation since the day we started Charlton Morris, so to see it recognised like this is a real vindication of the hard work we’ve put in.
Finally, I’d like to wish the rest of the organisations that have made the list in all the categories a huge congratulations and wish everyone the best of luck for the coming year!
