Introducing Charlton Morris USA

At Charlton Morris we’re still coming around from 7th September, which saw us close our fifth full year in business. We rounded up the whole company and celebrated in style in a full day and night of events.

Year five was a huge year for us in a lot of ways. Early in 2018, we were named as the 16th Best Small Company to Work for in the UK and last month saw us awarded Silver Investors in People status too – both of which demonstrate our ongoing commitment to develop the business.

Our biggest announcement though is that we will be opening our third office in New York. We’ve signed off on a fantastic office space in Manhattan, the visas are approved,and we’ll be working from the big apple as of October 1st.

This is an enormous leap forward for the business and for our brilliant team of experienced consultants who are going out there to set up, led by soon-to-be General Manager Joe Jani.

The US was the country we did the most business in last year (surpassing the UK & Germany), so this couldn’t be more perfectly timed for us. Having a physical presence on the East Coast will undoubtedly help us provide an even higher level of service to all of our clients and candidates in North America, whilst still having the support of our teams in Leeds and Copenhagen.

I firmly believe that Charlton Morris are in the strongest position we’ve ever been in and that this year will be our most successful yet. We have a solid team of fantastic leaders across all our offices including our newly promoted Associate Directors, and I’m incredibly excited about what the next 12 months has in store for us.
