Sales Manager .

Nuremberg, Germany €85,000 - €95,000 + 10% Bonus

CM Industrial are working with a leading developer of paper and film release liners, who are looking for an exceptional sales manager for their team in Germany.

Charlton Morris have partnered with a leading developer of paper and film release liners who are looking to add an exceptional Sales Manager to their team, in order to support new and existing opportunities for business growth. The organisation is renowned for its diverse technology and manufacturing capabilities which allows for the creation of specialist product solutions in the most demanding markets - including electronics, healthcare, hygiene, construction and labels. Innovation, value creation, quality, productivity and sustainability are at the heart of what they do. Now the organisation is looking for excellent talent with a passion for sales who can monitor and anticipate changes within the market and meet the future needs of their customers.


The Role:

This role is 70% desk-based with the possibility of a small amount of home-based work. The role will require you to occasionally travel within Germany and abroad to achieve the main goals of global presence, account management and market position. As the primary customer interface manager of around 50-70 medium size accounts, your main goal will be to develop business with new and existing customers, predominantly based in Central Europe. Progressive, driven and enthusiastic people with a passion for sales and professional development will thrive in this business.


Your Goals in this Role:

  • To establish and expand customer loyalty, identifying new opportunities for business growth
  • Bring strong solution selling skills which allow you to shape the industrial market
  • Liaising with marketing, to ensure product pricing and pricing strategies/policies are based on established gross margin objectives.
  • Deal with inbound customer requests and work closely with technical support
  • Work closely within a team of 3 salespeople working in different markets

What do we need from you?

If you have:

  • 5 years’ experience in a commercial role
  • Are fluent in both spoken and written English
  • A customer centric mindset with a passion for sales and business development
