Customer Service Specialist .

London Dependent on Experience

CM Life Science are working with Katalyst Laboratories, one of the fastest growing companies in the molecular diagnostics space.

The candidate will be responsible for handling the customer interaction for the business. Their duties will include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone calls, emails and managing the customer support ticketing system.  

  • Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets via our CRM
  • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
  • Assisting customers with booking changes and issuing refunds where required
  • Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization’s offerings

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Secondary school education with a minimum of a D grade in at least 2 GSCEs, including English Language
  • Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service and a Level 2 Certificate in Contact Centre Operations is a plus
  • 2+ years of work experience in a similar position

Preferred Skills

Experience working with digital technologies, ideal candidate should be skilled at outlook and posses knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles .

  • Should be able to work calmly under high-stress situations.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proficient standard office equipment skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Outstanding organizational skills
