Enterprise Sales Manager .

In the Enterprise Sales Manager position you will be responsible for hunting and executing the full sales cycle targeting enterprise level organisations selling the Digital Mental Health solution as a benefit into HR leaders. 

In this position you will be tasked with:

  • Working closely with senior leadership to execute the sales strategy for UK/European employers, specifically with HR benefits and wellness leadership.
  • Employ a combination of inbound and outbound approaches to develop leads into a strong sales pipeline and nurture leads from the sales funnel through to deal close, providing guidance to the implementation team through client launch
  • Manage longer, complex sales cycles and work closely with product team.

Experience Required: 

  • A passion for consultative sales within SaaS or similar technology
  • Experience selling some form of employee benefit preferably a wellness solution
  • Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous Sales Management experience 
  • Digital Health knowledge
