An unmissable VP opportunity with a disruptive Interventional Cardiology start-up

CM Medical is assisting a disruptive start-up in the interventional cardiology space as we look to bring on a Vice President of Regulatory Affairs to join the team.

In this position, you will be reporting directly to the COO and be instrumental in helping the device get approved through the regulatory authorities and change patients' lives forever.

Our client is a highly disruptive start-up based on the East Coast US. They are well established (Series C) and well funded with some very big VC groups as financial backers. 

The next 12 months is a very important period for this start-up. They are in the middle of a clinical trial in the US & EU, and hope to launch these devices next year.

As such, we need a leader in regulatory affairs with extensive experience in guiding novel class III Interventional Cardiology devices through the FDA and CE Mark process.

We need a candidate who has a true pedigree in Interventional Cardiology and has good relationships with the FDA, as opposed to a Regulatory Affairs professional who has dabbled in all areas of healthcare/Medtech. Preference is for candidates to be based on the East Coast US, but we are open to working remotely. 


  • At least 10 years experience in Regulatory Affairs
  • At least 5 years experience in leading a team
  • At least 5 years experience with class III devices used by Interventional Cardiologists
  • Proven track record of leading the PMA process or a few 510ks under your belt
  • Be East Coast US-based (preference)
