We are the first official corporate partner for Leadership Through Sport & Business (LTSB).
Through a combination of fundraising and volunteering, we support LTSB with their mentorship programmes to provide young people with the support and skills they need for a career.
About the
LTSB Apprenticeship Scheme
Only the most at need applicants are invited onto the LTSB Apprenticeship Scheme.
They are then sent on a bootcamp to improve their employability skills, while being provided mentorship support throughout the scheme.
When the bootcamp is complete and a graduate is in employment, both the employee and employer is supported by LTSB throughout the early career stage.
Our CSR History
Charlton Morris has fundraised for a number of local worthy causes including The Ella Dawson Foundation, Simon on the Streets and St Gemma's Hospice. Together, we have taken on a variety of challenges - from trekking the three peaks to baking sweet treats.
