The Challenge

Katalyst Laboratories was under pressure to scale the business at pace to ensure that it met its increasing demand.

When we first partnered with Katalyst Laboratories, it was on a mission to lead the charge on the diagnostic revolution – going digital and bringing testing right to the point of care.

This was a fast-paced business on the rise, having won major contracts, as well as already supporting big-name brands and exciting industries. But to meet the demand Katalyst had created and truly scale the business, it needed to expand quickly and increase the company’s lab capacity.

So, Katalyst partnered with CM Life Science to hire:

  • Senior leadership - to roll out numerous labs throughout the UK.
  • A high volume of Lab Technicians - to run these labs.

This ClientHub was sent to every candidate and proved an effective tool for engaging high-quality professionals.
